What is Vilnius University Business School (VU Business School)?

Vilnius University Business School is the business and entrepreneurship faculty of Vilnius University, Lithuania’s oldest and highest-ranked university (est. 1579). Does VU Business School have international accreditation?

Yes. VU Business School received ACBSP accreditation on 29 May 2024, becoming the first business school in the Baltic States with this status. We are also a member of EFMD, PRME, EUMMAS, and the American Chamber of Commerce.

What languages are programs taught in?

We offer programs in English and Lithuanian. All listed bachelor’s, master’s, and MBA programs above are available in English.

How much does it cost to study at VU Business School?

Indicative tuition per semester (2025):

  • Bachelor (International Business): €1,810 EU/EFTA, €1,990 non-EU/EFTA

  • Master’s: €2,490 EU/EFTA, €2,990 non-EU/EFTA

  • VU/VUIBS alumni and some exchange students may qualify for a €2,303 master’s tuition rate.

Are there tuition reductions or scholarships?

Yes. High-achieving students may qualify for a merit-based tuition reduction to a “normative” rate after their first semester. VU offers scholarships for Lithuanian and international students, and government-backed student loans are available in Lithuania.

What are the entry requirements for the bachelor’s International Business program?

  • Completed secondary school certificate with overall CGPA ≳70%

  • English at B2 level (IELTS ≥5.5, TOEFL iBT ≥69, or equivalent)
