Important Dates – Final Stage of Studies

Vilnius University Business School

For Bachelor’s students:

Submission of the compulsory internship report to the supervisor: by 17 November 2025
Internship defence period: 1–5 December 2025
Submission of Bachelor’s thesis: by 8 December 2025 (inclusive).

For Master’s students:

Submission of Master’s thesis: by 5–6 January 2026 (exact date depends on the study programme).

Thesis defence sessions:

Bachelor’s thesis defence: 13–15 January 2026 (in person at VU Business School).
Master’s thesis defence: 20–23 January 2026 (online).

Graduation ceremony:
13 February 2026, Vilnius, St. John’s Church. (Exact time to be confirmed).

Internship

General information for Mandatory Internship in 2025 fall semester:

The period of internship – September 1st – November 30th
Submission of information about the place of practice – till June 13th.
The defense of the internship report will take place directly with the internship supervisor – in the beginning of December.

Institution questionnaire	Institution questionnaire Submit via Google Forms till June 15th
Three-part agreement	Will be prepared by VU BS
Form of institutional feedback on a student who underwent professional internship	The feedback form will be presented by email.
Internship information	Based on this document, a professional internship report has to be prepared.
Internship regulations
Professional internship report	Internship report with requested supplements, must be submitted to BS supervisors one week after the internship ends.
Internship defence	Defence of internship report is evaluated by VU BS supervisors. Defence take place during the first week of December.

Financial Information

Tuition Fee

The Tuition Fee for the semester of studies should be paid in one month from the start of the semester (Autumn semester starts begining of September, Spring semester starts at the begining of February).

Students their Invoices can find in their account in VU Study Information System.

Tuition fee can be delayed or payed by installments. Students have to fill an electronic applications (at VU Study Information System) during the first 2 weeks of the new Study semester.
