The Asian track course, developed in cooperation between the VU Business School and the VU Confucius Institute, is a unique opportunity for VU Business School freshmen to develop new competences and acquire intercultural knowledge. 

Asian Track will help you to get acquainted with cultural peculiarities of Asian region, learn Chinese and will lay the foundations for successful business development in Asian markets.

Why should you choose Asian Track?

  • Chinese language and Asian culture courses in the II-IV semesters; 
  • upon successful completion of the course, a certificate confirming this is issued; 
  • exchange semester in partner university (Hongkong, S. Korea, Taiwan, Singapore) and / or summer camp. 

Conditions:  

  • The competition is open to 1st year bachelor students. The students should submit a free-form application and a motivation letter to the Study Service in the Study Information System of Vilnius University (VUSIS)by 1st December.
  • The selection commission will organize motivational interviews after 1st of December.
  • The module is organized when the group consists of at least 10-12 students and no more than 20 students.   
  • After the end of the competition, by 15th December students are informed about the formed / non-formed Module group. 
  • Chinese is taught in English and Chinese languages.
