The scholarship is awarded to students who have distinguished themselves by:
- Active social, scientific, or volunteer activities;
- Promoting the name of VU BS;
- Spreading the idea of an international environment;
- Entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovative thinking;
- Outstanding academic results.
