Developed HR Company in Azerbaijan that operates near 10 years already; Competed a project of recruiting volunteers and marshals for Formula 1 project in Azerbaijan; Participated in development of Competency framework in Civil Service sector by EU and State Egzamination Center in Azerbaijan; Trainerd a number of people for ministry of Education in Lithuania; Participated in CSR activities, like increasing the employability of disabled people in Azerbaijan. Conducted a number of workshops for students of different grade about employability.
